03. Contact us and we will take care of explaining the details and facilitate an appropriate consultation contract

04. With the contract you will get a “Consultancy Order”. As soon as you send us your order together with the “Avoid List” we will start working

05. You are free to use any other supplier except for the order you have sent to us and only during our search period. We should serve as your exclusive supplier ONLY for the order sent. Your other suppliers or employees should completely refrain from interfering with our services when our consultation is active

06. It all depends on the type of job and the number of jobs ordered; we usually work within a maximum of fourteen working days or less. For some specialized openings ex-pat requirements it may take a little longer

07. Depends on the post but we usually present three candidates that fulfill the required criteria for your choice

08. As soon as the search contracted period is finished and no candidates are presented you may extend the search process or stop it according to the contract. You may also use another supplier after notifying us

09. In case a candidate is hired and proves incompatible or resigns for personal reasons within the first 90 days, we guarantee another free replacement if the second or third runner up are not available

02. NO hidden expenses. We charge you only for any additional services like assistance in creating your profile, personal assessment … etc.

03. NO, your data is CONFIDENTIAL and not available to any employer or other candidate.

04. Employers send us detailed requirements for an open post. Each Employer sends his needs including age, years of experience, geographical experience and restrictions, languages, parameters etc. We search within our database for their exact requirements. If you match their requirements we contact you with employer details to get your acceptance to apply before sending your data

05. We recommend the following: • Keep your profile complete and updated • Activate our” job alert service” to get opportunities as soon as advertised • Log in regularly and share openings with colleagues and friends to help them find better opportunities • We are always there if you need any advice even for outside opportunities

06. If the process is still in progress the opening will be still posted on our site. If it was filled or cancelled, post will be removed. You will also be contacted with updates especially if you are shortlisted or needed for an interview. We are available for any inquiry

07. Very few employers prefer to show their identity before receiving candidate data. Usually after the filtering process take place, if you are shortlisted you will be contacted immediately with all available details

08. It all depends on the demand for your qualifications and market needs

09. After getting your acceptance, we present your profile to the Employer. Usually, the Employer will continue receiving more candidates. Then he starts reviewing applicants' resumes and creates a shortlist. The employer will then contact you for an interview if you are shortlisted this will take around 7-10 days

10. It all depends on how fast the Employer needs you, in very urgent cases you will be contacted immediately for an interview through which all details are communicated. In average cases, it takes around three weeks after an interview to start your new job, depending on the employer

11. If you are accepted the owner will send you a letter of intent (LOI) including all agreed terms where the candidate has to confirm back acceptance of such terms, including salary, benefits, starting date …etc. after which the candidate may then present his resignation to his current employer
